RDFFLFI or RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods, Inc. is Host Training Establishment of UPLB | RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods, Inc. or RDFFLFI, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the University of the Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB) for the internship program of  the College of Agriculture and Food Science (CAFS). The MOA aims to develop academic and educational cooperation and promote mutual purposes of both parties.  The agreement is valid for a period of five (5) years.

Both RDF and UPLB share a common vision and goal of improving the training and skills of students by putting their technical knowledge of agriculture/agricultural biotechnology into practice; acquire a working knowledge of the technical and human aspects of management of agricultural projects and or activities; learn new knowledge and techniques and gain experience from the farm/field/actual operation as well as contribute toward the improvement of the host training establishment (HTE).

Dr. Robert H. Lo, who is Founder and CEO of RDF, believes that the on-the-job training will help in enhancing work competencies and competitiveness of students. He adds that the internship program will expose students to real-life work experiences so when they graduate from the university, they will be better prepared and empowered to lead the country in achieving food security. Also, he looks forward to partnering with UPLB for its research activities.
