RDF holds Internal Brand Launch

RDF holds internal brand launch | Due to stiff competition, companies invest millions in hiring influencers for promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness, establish credibility, and ultimately drive sales. For RDF Feed, Livestock & Foods, Inc., all it needs to do is train its employees, the company’s most valuable asset, to become brand ambassadors.

On July 19, the Corporate Affairs of RDF conducted an internal brand launch in support of the “Certified Safe and Quality Meats. Ito Ang Bet Ko” campaign for 2025.  It highlights the importance of food safety, certifications, and the role of employees as brand ambassadors.

With the theme “Together, We Are Number One,” the workshop served as a platform to equip employees with knowledge and instill pride at all levels and across various departments, while also advocating for the company’s commitment to producing safe and high-quality meats. The end goal is to empower employees to act as brand ambassadors who truly believe in the company’s vision, core values, and products. Employees who serve as company advocates create and share stories that resonate with customers, who find them more credible than paid marketing influencers. This was also shared by one of the workshop participants:

“As employees, we see how things work behind the scenes.

We believe in our products, and we embody our company values.

We share our stories based on genuine experiences.

Authenticity fosters trust, loyalty, and strong connection

           with our customers.”

RDF’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Dr. Joy Michelle A. Literato, believes that regular training and communication are crucial for the success of any employee brand ambassadorship program. It is also essential that employees are happy, motivated, and passionate about their work, as this is an integral part of both employee and corporate branding.

In April, a similar activity was conducted for employees of the Human Resources Department.

The Workshop Committee is composed of Dr. Joy Michelle A. Literato (Chairperson), Lovely M. Morales, Reena M. Gamboa, Brandy M. Bueno, Rose Ann M.  Garidan, Aljon Jolo C. Evaristo, and Dr. Cherrie Ann F. Salazar.

Here is a video from the workshop, which was held at Hevea Hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga.
